Please be aware that should you terminate your employment at King’s prior to the end of the re-payment plan duration, the total outstanding balance of the goods will be deducted from your final salary in one lump sum. If this is not entirely possible, the remaining value will be converted into a debt where further payments will be pursued by the Trust’s Overpayments Team. Failure to comply with the Overpayments Team’s requests for payment may result in further legal action being taken.
How do I apply?
Once you have located your nearest supplier and have visited them to obtain a quote you should Register your Application. The registration link is intended for use by Kings College Hospital employees only and should not be used to assist anyone other than the applicant to purchase a bike through the scheme.
Upon completion of the online application and the approval of this, a voucher will be issued directly to you via email with 2 to 4 weeks.
