Background
We all have a lot to juggle. Our lives are busy as we try to balance work, family, relationships, finances and health, as well as planned or unplanned life events. Sometimes meeting the demands of work and personal life can feel like a real challenge.

We have invested in an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) as we recognise that sometimes you may need some advice or support which the EAP can provide whenever you need it.

The EAP is provided by Workplace Options so that you have an entirely confidential service that is independent from your employer.
